With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated November 03, 2021 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/687 dated December 14, 2021 (“Circular”), SEBI has introduced common and simplified norms for processing Shareholder’s service request by RTAs and norms for furnishing PAN, KYC and nomination details.
All Shareholders holding Shares in physical mode of JaiprakashPower Ventures Limited (“the Company”) are mandatorily required to furnish the following documents/details to Alankit Assignments Limited (“RTA”):
- PAN
- Bank Account details
- Contact Details
- Nomination
- Specimen Signature
Shareholders shall submit Form ISR-1 to the RTA for updating PAN and other KYC details.
In case of mismatch in the signature of the holder in the records of the RTA, the Shareholder shall furnish original cancelled cheque and banker’s attestation of the signature as per Form ISR-2.
Shareholders shall continue to use Form SH-13 and Form SH-14 for declaration of nomination and change in nomination respectively. However, in case Shareholder wants to opt-out of nomination, Form ISR-3 shall be submitted with the RTA. Further, in case Shareholder wants to cancel existing nomination, Form SH-14 along with Form ISR-3 needs to be submitted with RTA.
Shareholders are requested to ensure the above details are updated with the RTA on or before March 31, 2023, else folios for which the above details are not available thereafter shall be frozen.
Please note w.e.f. January 01, 2022, the Company/RTA shall not process any service requests or complaints received from the shareholder(s) / claimant(s), till PAN, KYC and Nomination documents/details are received.
